To celebrate your birthday, we’re giving eligible patients a $50 credit towards their next treatment at Good Smile Dental. Here’s how it works and what to know before you book.
Patients can receive a $50 credit towards any treatment when they visit us within 30 days of their birthday.
For patients with private health insurance, the $50 credit applies to your gap payment.
For patients without private health insurance, the $50 credit applies directly to the cost of treatment.
Let our team know when booking that you’d like to use your birthday credit, and bring a government-issued ID (such as a driver licence, passport, or Medicare card) showing your date of birth to your appointment. The patient must also show the SMS they have received to the reception upon claiming.
We will be applying the credit once your birth date is verified.
1. Eligibility. This offer is available to existing Good Smile Dental patients (aged 18 and over). Patients must be an active patient of the clinic at the time of their appointment. When claiming, please inform us at the time of appointment about the credit you have.
2. Verification. Patients must present valid, government-issued photo ID confirming their date of birth at the time of their appointment. The credit cannot be applied without ID verification and receipt of the SMS.
3. Validity period. The offer is valid for treatment completed within 30 days of the patient’s birthday (the 30-day window starts on the patient’s actual birth date).
4. Application of credit. For patients with private health insurance, the $50 credit applies to the gap payment. For patients without private health insurance, the credit applies directly to the cost of treatment.
5. Exclusions. This offer cannot be redeemed for stand-alone check-up consultations or pre-discounted promotional bundles (such as “Check-up and Clean” packages). This credit may be applied to any other dental treatment. For health funds, the credit will apply to gap treatment.
6. One use per patient. This offer is valid for one use per patient per birthday. It cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
7. Combination limits. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
8. Single treatment only. The credit applies to a single treatment or appointment only. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be carried over.
9. Booking and cancellation. Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Booking cancellation rules apply for credit. If cancelled within 24 hours, the credit will be voided and cannot be used.
10. Exclusions by payment type. This offer does not apply to patients using a Hospital Voucher, DVA (Department of Veterans’ Affairs) entitlements, or the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS).
11. Right to modify. Good Smile Dental reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time, without notice.
