Free Consultation

This offer is valid exclusively for patients interested in Dental Implants or Clear Aligners. The free consultation must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. It does not include any X-rays or additional diagnostic services unless otherwise stated. One free consultation per patient.

Free Retainers (Valued at $500)

Free retainers are only provided to patients who have completed their full Aligner treatment with us. The offer is non-transferable and must be claimed within 30 days of treatment completion. Additional or replacement retainers may incur a fee.

To ensure fair access to appointments for all patients, Good Smile has implemented a $50 AUD non-refundable deposit policy for the following cases:

Extended Appointments:

  • Any appointment longer than 45 minutes requires a $50 AUD deposit.

Repeated Late Cancellations:

  • Patients who cancel within 24 hours of their appointment on more than two occasions will be asked to pay a $50 AUD deposit for future appointments.

Please note that for all appointments scheduled on Sundays, a cancellation fee of AUD $50 will apply if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

  • Eligible children can access up to $1052 in benefits over two consecutive years through the Child Dental Benefits Schedule by the Australian Government.This initiative aims to enhance the accessibility and affordability of dental care for children.

Disclaimer

Surgical Appointment & Repeated Cancellation Policy
Certain treatments — particularly surgical or extended procedures — require advance clinical preparation, allocation of specialised staff, and reserved theatre time. To ensure fairness and sustainability of care, the following conditions apply:
  • Failure to attend surgical or major treatment appointments:
    If a patient does not attend a booked surgical or extended procedure appointment without appropriate prior notice, any deposit paid may be forfeited. Where clinical staff, equipment, or preparation costs have already been incurred, additional fees may be charged to reasonably recover those costs.
  • Repeated cancellations or rescheduling:
    When appointments are rescheduled or cancelled multiple times without sufficient notice, the clinic reserves the right to require additional deposits, limit future bookings, or decline continuation of non-urgent treatment.
