1. Eligibility
- The referral campaign is open to all individuals who have received a referral code from Good Smile Dental Clinic through any official means.
- Referral codes may be distributed on various occasions, including after-service follow-ups, promotional events, or special campaigns.
2. Referral Code
- Upon receiving a referral code from Good Smile Dental Clinic, you can share it with friends and family members to receive benefits.
- The referral code will be provided via email, text message, or other communication channels used by Good Smile Dental Clinic.
3. Redemption of Voucher
- Friends and family who visit Good Smile Dental Clinic and present the referral code will receive a voucher. Each voucher will have information about its amount.
- The voucher can only be redeemed against the original price of dental services. It cannot be applied to services already on offer or discounted.
- For Patient with Health Insurance: The voucher can only be used to cover the gap payment after any applicable insurance policies have been utilised. It cannot be used before insurance coverage has been applied.
4. Voucher Validity
- The voucher is valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- The voucher must be presented in SMS or email format at the time of payment to be valid.
- The voucher must be redeemed within the time limit that is mentioned in the voucher
5. Limitations
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
6. General Rules
- Good Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral campaign at any time without prior notice.
- Any abuse of the referral campaign, including but not limited to the creation of fake accounts, vouchers or multiple accounts by the same person, will result in the termination of the referral code and forfeiture of any associated benefits.
